CARNATIONS

Our Carnations belong to the family of Caryophyllaceae and are planted in hydroponic beds. This means that they are 30 to 40 cm above the ground, we have implemented this technique because it facilitates drainage and ventilation avoiding waterlogging and diseases.
The main elements that affect the development of our carnation are nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Phosphorus is essential, especially in the early stages of development as it enhances the growth of the root system, and potassium improves the appearance of the carnation and increases the development of plants. Its deficiency causes the formation of weak stems and small flowers.
The plants of carnation have a durability of 26 weeks in development, to be able to start the productivity stage and to go to our export markets.
